The Deputy Prime Minister noted that there are more than 60 million refugees and IDPs worldwide, adding this is 3 times more compared to 20 years ago.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Vice President of the Republic of Bulgaria Margarita Popova stressed that it is very important for the world to preserve the human capital.
