Gelecek y\u0131l i\u00e7in b\u00fct\u00e7e harcamalar\u0131 ise 16,9 milyar manat d\u00fczeyinde belirlendi.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">B\u00fct\u00e7e tasar\u0131s\u0131na g\u00f6re 2017 y\u0131l\u0131nda b\u00fct\u00e7e a\u00e7\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n GSY\u0130H\u2019nin y\u00fczde 1,05\u2019ine e\u015fit olarak 645 milyon manat olmas\u0131 bekleniliyor.
