The Central Election Commission has announced the first official information on the course of the voting.
Chief of the “Seckiler” Information Center of the Central Election Commission Secretariat Farid Orujov said early reports suggest that 423,361 people have already cast their ballots as of 10.00, which means 8.51% of the total number of eligible voters across the country.

The book titled “Nagorno Karabakh: facts versus lies” (Нагорный Карабах: факты против лжи) by Arsen Malik-Shahnazarov, advisor to the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the so-called Nagorno Karabakh Republic since 1993, was printed in 3,000 copies by Volshebniy Fonar publishing house (Moscow).
