Armenian Armed Forces violated ceasefire with Azerbaijan 40 times in various directions of the frontline throughout the day on January 20, APA quoted Azerbaijani Defense Ministry as saying.

According to the report, Armenian armed units fired on the positions of Azerbaijani Armed Forces located in Kohnegishlag village of Aghstafa region from the positions located in Paravakar village of Armenia’s Icevan region. Armenians also fired on the Azerbaijani positions located in Kokhanabi village of Tovuz region from the positions located in Chinari village of Berd region, as well as positions located in nameless uplands of Gedebey region from the positions located in nameless uplands of Krasnoselsk region.

The Azerbaijani positions also underwent fire from the positions near Chilaburt and Goyarkh villages of Terter, Kengerli, Yusifjanli, Shikhlar, Garagashli, Shuraabad, Javahirli and Sarijali villages of Aghdam, Kuropatkino village of Khojavand, Horadiz, Ashaghi Seyidahmedli and Ashaghi Veyselli villages of Fuzuli, Mehdili village of Jabrayil region and nameless uplands of Goranboy, Fuzuli and Jabrayil regions.
