“Henrik Sayerbekovich Agetsyan, a citizen of Armenia, born in 1954, was detained by the Azerbaijani servicemen while trying to cross into the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic through Sadarak district on August 7,” the State Commission on Prisoners of War, Hostages and Missing Persons said.
The commission notified the International Committee of the Red Cross of the incident so that the organization`s officials could visit Henrik Agetsyan.
