An operational-tactical missile fired on October 15 at 10:44 by the armed forces of Armenia from the territory of the occupied Gubadli district exploded in the territory of Ordubad district of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic, Azerbaijan’s Ministry of Defense told AZERTAC.
According to the ministry, a peaceful population and civilian facilities were not affected.

The book titled “Nagorno Karabakh: facts versus lies” (Нагорный Карабах: факты против лжи) by Arsen Malik-Shahnazarov, advisor to the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the so-called Nagorno Karabakh Republic since 1993, was printed in 3,000 copies by Volshebniy Fonar publishing house (Moscow).
