On July 4 at 20:40 (local Baku time) the Armenian armed forces have again violated ceasefire, in the direction of the Alkhanli village of Fizuli district, using 82 and 120 millimeter mortars and heavy grenade launchers, the Azerbaijani Defense Ministry said in a message July 4.

In June 2017, Armenia’s armed forces 3,883 times violated the ceasefire in various directions along the line of contact between Armenian and Azerbaijani troops, according to the results of the APA’s calculations based on the reports confirmed by the Azerbaijani Defense Ministry.

On June 21 in the evening, an unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) of the armed forces of Armenia attempting to carry out reconnaissance flights over the positions of the Armed Forces of Azerbaijan in the Terter direction of the front was destroyed.

Azerbaijan`s Ministry of Defense has said that Armenia used “Osa” surface-to-air missile system in Khojavend-Fizuli direction of the front. “Armenia continues to carry out provocations in order to once again escalate the situation in the frontline.
