The 6th Summit of the Cooperation Council of Turkic Speaking States has kicked off at the “Rux Ordo” Cultural Center named after Chingiz Aitmatov in Cholpon-Ata, Kyrgyz Republic.

An official welcome ceremony has been held for Chancellor of the Federal Republic of Germany Angela Merkel, who arrived in Azerbaijan for a visit.

 The PACE Committee on the Rules of Procedure, Immunities and Institutional Affairs has adopted a decision on the deprivation of 14 MPs of the right to access the Council of Europe and the Parliamentary Assembly premises for life.
