Our people have seen great tragedies. The Kho­jaly genocide was perpetrated when a massacre was unleashed against the innocent people, includ­ing women and children. The Armenians have de­stroyed our cultural monuments. Thus, the genocide has been committed against our people and against our culture. Those, who carried out this genocide, this crime, have not yet been adequately condemned by the international community…
