President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has today visited Tartar and Barda districts.
AZERTAC reports that the head of state laid flowers at a statue of national leader Heydar Aliyev in the center of the city of Tartar.
The Azerbaijani President inaugurated the highways leading to Sugovushan settlement and Talish village of Tartar district.
President Ilham Aliyev laid a foundation stone for the Talish-Tapgaragoyunlu-Gashalti-Naftalan highway.
