1905.az presents its new online photo gallery “School Bell” on the eve of a new academic year! The gallery photos generally cover 2 periods:

1) The war period

2) The post-war period

 

The war period photos clearly demonstrate the financial and moral damage made to our education as a result of Armenian agression against Azerbaijan. Transformation of Azerbaijan into an economically strong country was also reflected in education. But later on, Azerbaijan turned in to the country with a strong financial potential and it reflected on the education. New school buildings were constructed in IDP-settled settlements within the State Program for the Improvement of living standards and generation of employment for refugees and IDPs approved by President Ilham Aliyev in 2004.

The photos in “School Bell” online gallery were taken from the archive of Azerbaijan Photographers Union and from the Photo Chronicle department of AzerTAg.
