Elmar Mustafazadeh was born on October 25, 1980. In 2001, he graduated from the Faculty of International Economic Relations at Azerbaijan State Oil Academy. Since 2009 he is dealing with the photography. Since 2010 he is a member of the Azerbaijani Association of Photographers
Ilgar Jafarov was born in Ganja, the second biggest town of Azerbaijan.
He graduated from Azerbaijan Agricultural Institute in 1983, from the Photocentre faculty attached to the Union of Reporters of the USSR in 1991.
He is the photo-reporter of AzerTAc national information agency since 1991.
He has taken part in a number of international photo competitions. (Russia 2007, Austria -2008, Japan -2009).
He has published boojs and catalogues consisting of photos.
He had his photo-exhibitions abroad and in Azerbaijan.
With the adoption of the Constitutional Act on Independence on October 18, 1991, a new stage of the Azerbaijani history in the 20th century started. Before that time, Armenia conducted military operations against Azerbaijan with the assistance of the Soviet, later Russian military and political circles.

Although many virtues of the “Gasimushaghi” (also, “Kasim Ushag”, “Kasim-Usag”, “Gasimushagy” and “Kasymushagy”) rugs and embroideries have been explored, some elements, motives, patterns or figures need investigation and exact explanation.
The book titled “Nagorno Karabakh: facts versus lies” (Нагорный Карабах: факты против лжи) by Arsen Malik-Shahnazarov, advisor to the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the so-called Nagorno Karabakh Republic since 1993, was printed in 3,000 copies by Volshebniy Fonar publishing house (Moscow).
